We are still experiencing IT issues affecting appointments, online forms and communications. Please only call us with urgent issues, but bear in mind wait times are longer than usual. If you need help right now, contact 111.nhs.uk, call 111 or in an emergency call 999.

The issues we are experiencing are related to the worldwide IT problems currently being reported. We are only able to access very limited information from our clinical system. We cannot view your medical record or help with appointments at this time. Please do continue to contact us if you need urgent medical help today, but unfortunately we are not able to deal with any other queries at this time.

We have temporarily switched off our online forms as we are not able to process these without our clinical IT system. Whilst we deal with the backlog, please only contact us if your query is urgent.
