Farncombe Community Garden Crowd Funder

As many of our patients will know, the practice is closely associated with the exciting project to open a community garden in Farncombe - with the aim of "Growing Community Wellbeing." For more information about the garden you can check this page on our website.

The garden is so close to being up and running, we have already raised over £45 000 through successful grant applications and now want to add to that total through a Crowd Funder campaign, with an ambitious target of raising £30 000. This will help us to get all the infrastructure in place to make the garden a reality and start regular sessions where our community can come together to garden together, with all the health and community benefits that we know can come from community gardens.
