Did you know that we offer a First Contact Physiotherapist (FCP) service?

The FCP is a highly trained physiotherapist who is usually based in a GP practice. Our FCP is based at The Mill Medical Centre in Godalming.

The FCP is provided as a first point of contact for patients with certain musculoskeletal problems, and patients can book to see the FCP through reception.

The FCP will assess and diagnose the problem, will offer advice about managing the problem and can also refer for further treatment if necessary. You won't need to wait to see a GP - the FCP can do everything the GP would do, meaning patients get the help they need quickly.

If you have a new problem relating to any of the following, then the FCP might be able to help!

* Soft tissue injuries

* Arthritis

* Problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons or bones

* Spinal Problems

* Changes to walking

* Post-orthopaedic surgery
