Binscombe Pharmacy

The team at Binscombe Medical Centre are very aware that Binscombe Pharmacy has been experiencing some operational issues recently, and we appreciate this has been frustrating for our patients.

Although we share the premises, the pharmacy and the surgery are separate businesses, however we have always worked closely with the pharmacy team to ensure the best care is offered. The Partners at Binscombe Medical Centre have been liaising with the owners of the pharmacy; we have been assured that staff shortages are being addressed, which should help improve the operational problems they have been experiencing.

The surgery is always happy to help with patient queries, and you should continue to contact us in the usual way if you need assistance. However, if you have a problem with something that happens at the pharmacy, you should speak to the pharmacist in the first instance. If they are unable to help, you can escalate your concerns to their head office by emailing pharmacy.fqj03@nhs.net
