Our CQC report has been published

Following our CQC inspection on 5th January we are delighted to announce that we have been rated as Outstanding overall, with particular emphasis on being caring and well-led. We would like to thank all our patients who took time to give their feedback to the inspectors, and all the staff for being part such a positive team; the inspectors particularly gave us feedback on how enthusiastic every one was at the practice and how each person clearly enjoyed working at Binscombe.

Being rated as outstanding has been a huge boost to the practice, but is also a real challenge to live up to. We know that we do not always get things right and can always improve, and we shall continue to try to do so, whether or not we have the inspectors in the building at the time.
