The Community Navigator

Godalming Town Council has now employed a Community Navigator, Fiona Fyfe, whose role is to support people in the community who might be lonely or isolated, or just need a helping hand with connecting to the support that is already out there. This is a fantastic development, and anyone can make a referral to her, or you can discuss her role with someone from the practice. Here is a leaflet with more information and her contact details.
