Ordering repeat prescriptions online by registering for online access

 

By far the best way to order repeat prescriptions is to use the NHS App (please note this is NOT the covid track and trace app). You can download this and register for online access to your record all from your phone and without having to come in to the practice or fill in any forms. By registering online like this you can see the medicines on your repeat and request them easily. From our end it is the most efficient system, and the least likely to result in any errors so we will be able to deal with your request more quickly.

If you would rather access your prescriptions online through a browser rather than on your phone, then exactly the same system can be used by registering for Patient Access.

You can also register for online access by calling into reception to collect a registration form. You will need to bring proof of identity with you - we will need photo identification such as a driving licence or passport, and proof of address such as a utility bill. All adults will have to come to the surgery in person to register for on line access, and due to confidentiality guidelines, we regret that we are unable to allow children under 16 years old to register for internet access.
